Director of Programs

The Director of Programs is responsible for developing, planning and overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of our home care training programs, including proof of concept, planning, budget development, staffing, and leading the direction of program activities. The Program Director creates functional strategies and specific objectives to meet the current and anticipated needs of students and stakeholders to support the functional infrastructure in the ever-expanding IHSS home care workforce.

Education Fund Program Assistant

The Program Assistant provides administrative, program, and data management support to CCA’s programs. This position’s main function is to provide administrative support and excellent service to the Education Fund program team and the organization as a whole. Works with the field and instruction teams to organize and prepare files needed to carry-out recruitment and class coordination activities. Generates reports detailing the status of classes, programs, and projects.
