The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for leading the ongoing administration and development of our CRM platform, Salesforce. This individual should be comfortable and confident in navigating the Salesforce platform, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementations. The administrator will be a key team member supporting projects including, but not limited to data migration/management. In addition to working with external partners, the Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to gain a solid understanding of their processes and needs. The Salesforce Administrator must possess strong project management skills, analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, and an ability to think from the user’s perspective. The Salesforce Administrator is the point of contact for users within the organization who have questions or need to be trained on a certain Salesforce features specific to CCA.
Instructors teach to adult learners on a variety of topics relevant to the long-term care industry, including theory and practical skills necessary for quality caregiving in the home. In-person instruction may take place in a non-traditional classroom setting (i.e., banquet halls, church rectory rooms, park facilities) and online instruction takes place via Zoom. CCA provides instructors with the training curriculum and materials to support student learning, including a participant guide, trainer’s guide and PowerPoint slides. On occasion, the instructor may contribute to curriculum development and support with updating supplementary materials as needed.

The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, administer, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities of the Human Resource function, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. Processes paperwork for the human resources function according to established procedures. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or organizational policies and procedures. Formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the strategic objectives of the organization. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of projects. Work is generally independent and collaborative.
