The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, administer, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities of the Human Resource function, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. Processes paperwork for the human resources function according to established procedures. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or organizational policies and procedures. Formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the strategic objectives of the organization. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of projects. Work is generally independent and collaborative.
The Director of Programs is responsible for developing, planning and overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of our home care training programs, including proof of concept, planning, budget development, staffing, and leading the direction of program activities. The Program Director creates functional strategies and specific objectives to meet the current and anticipated needs of students and stakeholders to support the functional infrastructure in the ever-expanding IHSS home care workforce.
