The Controller is a key member of CCA’s leadership team and a strategic thought-partner. He or she reports to the CFO. The successful candidate is a hands-on and participatory manager that will lead, develop, and supervise the Senior Accountant. This position holds direct responsibility for finance, financial reporting and budgeting.
The Home Care Program Manager will manage the operations of various Home Care programs, including coordinating with the recruitment and instructional teams. The Director of Home Care maintains oversight of all of the Home Care Programs. Leads and supports the programs team in the smooth implementation of programs full cycle.
The Program Assistant provides administrative, program, and data management support to CCA’s programs. This position’s main function is to provide administrative support and excellent service to the Education Fund program team and the organization as a whole. Works with the field, instruction and vendor teams to organize and prepare files needed to carry-out recruitment and class coordination activities. Generates reports detailing the status of classes, programs, and projects.
