Ashley Underwood brings her experience in office management to CCA as operations coordinator providing administrative and operations support to the entire organization. She previously worked as office manager for a construction consulting company, where she was responsible for overseeing project managers, assisting the CEO, and training staff. In this role, she audited project contracts and compliance forms, and coordinated submissions and approvals with the Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department and the Bureau of Contract Administration. Prior to working with consulting firms and other clerical companies, she worked in the entertainment industry as a junior publicist to social media celebrities and was a cable channel television host and plus-size model in the fashion industry.
CCA’s work with caregivers is a perfect fit for her own personal mission. Her experience taking care of her grandparents inspired her to study health science in college. She is finishing her associate degree from Los Angeles Pacific University and plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences.
