Patricia Rios started as an IHSS provider for her son which brought her into the world of caregiving. She then went on to become an executive board member and a political delegate at SEIU local 2015. Her experience as a caregiver and as an involved member in the union led her to CCA. She has been a Field Assistant on our Home Care team from September 2021 to present.
