Rodney initially joined the Center for Caregiver Advancement as an intern, and has since transitioned to the role of Field Assistant on the Home Care team. He helps enroll IHSS providers into CCA’s caregiver training programs.
Rodney has worked as a caregiver himself. Last year, he participated in CCA’s 10-week IHSS+ Alzheimer’s course, which provides specialized training for caregivers caring for somebody showing signs of Alzheimer’s and related dementia.
Separately, Rodney is an artist at heart and while he loves to paint and sketch in his free time, he also finds some satisfaction doing creative work and graphic designs for the music industry.
