Offered in partnership with the SEIU 2015 Education Fund, the CNA Training Pathway (CTP) program includes nursing assistant training (160 hours of theory & clinical instruction) and prepares participants for the State of California CNA certification exam.

What does a CNA do?
A CNA’s role typically involves assisting residents in nursing homes with activities of daily living, such as basic tasks that include bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and moving safely.
CCA Helps You Access CNA Training
As a training provider, CCA aims to help participants gain new skills and to prepare them for CNA certification so they can advance their careers and increase their wages. CCA will cover tuition fees for eligible workers at Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) who are interested in training to become CNAs. CCA will also pay for one (1) CNA certification exam fee.
