Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Generalist duties will include managing various HR tasks. As a member of the Human Resources team, you ensure compliance with employment laws, including documentation and reporting administer human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. Provide comprehensive HR support, directly or indirectly to a designated client group in the area of recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, pro-active issue/problem identification and resolution, and coaching and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills. Understand and support the accomplishment of business priorities. Build credible relationships with Business Leaders allowing for better decisions and organizational effectiveness. Involved in solving complex HR-related issues.
The Program Assistant provides administrative, program, and data management support to CCA’s programs. This position’s main function is to provide administrative support and excellent service to the Home Care program team and the organization as a whole. Works with the field and instruction teams to organize and prepare files needed to carry-out recruitment and class coordination activities. Generates reports detailing the status of classes, programs, and projects.
The Home Care Program Manager will manage the operations of various Home Care programs, including coordinating with the recruitment and instructional teams. The Director of Home Care maintains oversight of all of the Home Care Programs. Leads and supports the programs team in the smooth implementation of programs full cycle.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for leading the ongoing administration and development of our CRM platform, Salesforce. This individual should be comfortable and confident in navigating the Salesforce platform, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementations. The administrator will be a key team member supporting projects including, but not limited to data migration/management. In addition to working with external partners, the Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to gain a solid understanding of their processes and needs. The Salesforce Administrator must possess strong project management skills, analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, and an ability to think from the user’s perspective. The Salesforce Administrator is the point of contact for users within the organization who have questions or need to be trained on certain Salesforce features specific to CCA.
