Does your nursing home need certified nursing assistants (CNA) to support your residents?
We partner with skilled nursing facilities to provide training for your eligible union workers. We help eligible nursing home workers build skills to become certified nursing assistants (CNA). Our training program prepares trainees to sit for the state’s CNA certification exams.

How we enhance worker skills and job satisfaction
A joint labor-management partnership between SEIU Local 2015 and nursing home facilities that are members of the Education Fund enables CCA to provide free skills development and education to your eligible workers who enroll in our CNA training programs.
Nursing homes participating in this program must be unionized skilled nursing facilities that have the SEIU 2015 Education Fund in their collective bargaining agreement. Eligibility is limited to facilities that meet Education Fund contribution limits.
