Does your nursing home need CNAs to support your residents?
CCA partners with skilled nursing facilities (SNF) to provide training for your eligible union workers. CCA offers training to help eligible nursing home workers build skills to become certified nursing assistants (CNA). CCA’s training program prepares trainees to sit for the state’s CNA certification exams.
Enhance worker skills and job satisfaction.
A joint labor-management partnership between SEIU Local 2015 and nursing home facilities that are members of the Education Fund enables CCA to provide free skills development and education to your eligible workers who enroll in our CNA training programs.
Reap the benefits for your nursing facility!
- Staff training, skill building, prep for certification, and career advancement at a fraction of the cost to manage these on your own
- Helps you lower turnover, retain nursing home employees, and reduce deficiencies
- Increases employee confidence and skills, which minimizes on-the-job mistakes and accidents
- Continually provide new staff training and resources to stay current with industry trends, requirements, policies, procedures, and laws
