Here’s what you’ll learn:
Workshop training gathers skilled nursing workers to discuss common issues in their profession, promoting learning, collaboration, problem-solving, and fresh ideas for addressing challenges in their Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Some topics we offer are:
- CDPH Requirements for CNA Certificate Renewal-aid in understanding CDPH requirements for CNA certification renewal by presenting participants with a guided walk-through of state regulation, timeline, and the necessary documentation to maintain and apply for CNA certification approval.
- Teamwork- Aim to equip participants with the tools and skills necessary to work more efficiently as a team while using real-life scenarios, leading to enhanced performance, better results, and a positive work environment.
- Customer Service-To introduce customer service techniques by presenting you with general information covering this subject area. To aid in understanding customer service and its impact on resident care and the CNA’s ability to provide residents with safety and security while improving their quality of life and preventing declining health.
- Professionalism- aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and mindset to conduct themselves professionally in various workplace scenarios.
