Phoenix Lockett has over 18 years of expertise in Workforce and Program Development and Project and Performance Management. Phoenix has served many managerial positions throughout her career. Prior to joining CCA, she worked for SEIU-UHW & Joint Employer Education Fund serving the role of Senior Director of Programs. Her extensive educational background consists of a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and 10 different certifications including Coaching Power Leadership, Foundational Coach Methodology, and Organizational Health in Business.
