Jay Owens has oversight of IT systems management at CCA. He connects the systems team with all CCA functions, establishing solutions that improve interoperability, reduce repetitive tasks, and showcase data to highlight the unique and vital impact of our work.
Jay has over 20 years of experience in IT support and management for industries ranging from technology start-ups, financial services, and nonprofit organizations. He has spent the last decade supporting mission-driven organizations addressing food insecurity, homelessness, in-home supportive services, and caregiver training. Jay’s previous engagement supporting a home healthcare agency exposed him to the vital importance of caregiver training.
Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Pepperdine University.
