KaRonn Henderson is the Director of Stakeholder Engagement for CCA, strengthening our stakeholder relationships and communications in support of training programs that empower the caregiver workforce we serve. He previously worked as a Workforce Programs Director, overseeing employer and union partnerships, managing staff, and leading outreach strategies. Prior to that, he was a Program Manager focused on community engagement and developing services with local partners. KaRonn also honed his skills in relationship-building and communication as an Outreach Coordinator for the City of Seattle.
KaRonn is a certified Americorps Mentor and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Sacramento State University.
