Sergio Donis champions health equity, social justice, and workforce development, and brings to CCA a wealth of experience as a representative of SEIU Local 2015, where he serves as the Statewide Field Director.
Sergio has over 18 years of transformative leadership in labor and community organizing, known for pioneering innovative strategies and fostering stakeholder collaboration. He has demonstrated expertise in grassroots campaigns, contract negotiations, and coalition building, consistently driving growth and enhancing service delivery. He is committed to mentoring diverse teams to achieve sustainable impact and operational excellence.
Donis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and a Minor in Economics from Pitzer College.
